The experience was overall pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable with a great bed, but there was a noticeable lack of toiletries. Breakfast had many options but sadly fell short in quality. The staff were friendly, making an effort to ensure a good stay despite the ups and downs.

The stay served its purpose as a convenient spot for a family party. Although there were some cleanliness issues, such as hair on the floor and a condom in the toilet, the location worked for me. The staff provided a good service and responded quickly to my needs. I appreciated the clean bedding and the fact that it was just a place to sleep while attending events nearby.

The conditions in the room were quite disappointing—damaged carpets, a cracked sink, and a heating unit that just blasted cold air made for an uncomfortable stay. Automatic door closers created a constant slamming sound throughout the night, making it hard to find peace. The extractor fan in the bathroom was non-functional, and cleanliness seemed to have been overlooked. Add to that some noise from the hallways, and one could feel a real lack of attention to detail after reopening. The overall maintenance issues indicated a hotel that wasn’t quite ready yet, which could be a deal-breaker.

It was just a fine choice for a fleeting moment in Cannock with outstanding value for money. The food was quite nice and served hot after a long wait. Make sure to check for your meal timings if you have evening plans.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a restaurant. I fondly recall the staff helping me find my lost earring. I’m looking forward to returning in the new year!

Welcoming staff and great breakfast

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, really making my stay enjoyable. I also loved the breakfast selection, which included a variety of fresh fruits and pastries. the heating in my room was not very effective, which made my stay less comfortable than it could have been.

The staff were exceptionally professional and attentive, promptly assisting with my business needs. The conference facilities on the 12th floor provided excellent amenities, allowing for productive meetings in a well-lit environment. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with a comfortable workspace, which facilitated my work activities effectively.

the customer service here is just amazin! loved how ella made sure we got halal options at breakfast and my fave tea. the breakfast had a great variety and the skybar was beautiful! room had nice facilities and a good view from the big glass window, i felt very comfy.

the shower head had some issues, but we didn't complain while there. also, the lift was a bit shaky which was kinda scary at first.

Just a solid selection for an overnight stay in Cannock with good value for cost. The staff were very well mannered and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Consider dining at the nearby diner for a better breakfast option.
